CLI reference
Every command takes --config PATH to read a config file other than ~/.config/sealmesh/config.toml. sealmesh --version prints the version.
These commands only observe. None of them starts, stops or steers an agent, and none sends one a message.
sealmesh who
Every agent on every connected machine, in repositories your GitHub login can read, answered live. When some were left out because you can't read their repository, it says so.
sealmesh daemon
Answer for this machine. Holds an outbound connection to the router and waits.

sealmesh doctor
Every agent this machine saw, which adapter found it, and the reason each was answered or hidden. Also prints your config, the Claude Code roots found, declared records, and the chat settings. Working directories appear here because it's your own terminal; they are never sent.
sealmesh audit
Who has asked this machine about its agents, and when. The asker's name is the router's claim, which the daemon can't verify, so it's shown as claimed. With chat on, it also lists your refused posts and per-room message counts, never message text.
sealmesh declare
Record an agent's state from outside the collector: the push channel for tools Sealmesh does not read natively.

sealmesh install-claude-hook
Alias install-hook. Merges the Sealmesh hook into Claude Code's settings so sessions report honest idle and needs input states.

sealmesh claude-hook
Alias hook. What the installed hook runs: it turns a Claude Code hook payload into a declared record. You don't run it by hand.
sealmesh chat
Read room chat. It never writes to a room.
